Our extensive full house renovation involved gutting to the studs, installing new plumbing/electrical, and meticulously installing finishes, fixtures, and equipment. We transformed the kitchen into a modern space with a wine bar and created an open flow using an LVL beam. All bathrooms were remodeled while retaining existing fixture locations. Full House Renovation
Our extensive full house renovation project involved a complete gutting down to the studs, along with the installation of new plumbing and electrical systems. We meticulously implemented finishes, fixtures, and equipment throughout the new footprint. The kitchen underwent a significant transformation with a modern layout featuring a wine bar. We added an LVL beam to achieve an open flow between the kitchen and dining area. Every bathroom received a makeover with all-new finishes and fixtures. ALIGN oversaw the construction process as the project manager, overseeing the selection of finishes and the reconfiguration of the new layout.

Below are images of the home before the renovation. While the overall layout remained largely the same, the main wall separating the kitchen and living room was removed to create a more open floor plan, allowing space for a kitchen island that seats four people in the heart of the home.
